Groupon's is going to close!!!

I was supposed to get my products that I've paid for on the 14th. After phoning time and time again only the one thing have been delivered- with a broken charger!!! Then I've phoned again AND AGAIN and still my other product have not been delivered WITH NO ANSWERS. It was the first time I've ordered through Groupon and NEVER EVER will again. If this is your service with your costumers, you can kiss your company goodbye solong! I'm pretty sure I'm not the first and only one that decided I'm never going through Groupon again!! Your terms and conditions say 3-4 weeks... ha! What a joke!!! I want my stuff - in working condition!!!
