Groupon is useless

I have now had it with this groupon, they are the most useless company I have ever had to deal with. The keep screening my calls and promising a return of call. Warren and shani is some on the culprits that don't want to help out. They are to my opinion the worst of the worst. How hard can it be to get through to a company to ask one question. When is the package I paid for on Nov 25, meant for xmas, going to be delivered!!! They are useless, the lot of them, they have promised 4 different dates, each later than the other, but still no help. I cant event get in contact with them through email.
