Disgusting Service and False Promises

I have recently purchased a voucher from Groupon, I tried several times to make a booking with this spa and each time they gave me the run around by saying that they are fully booked and that they will get back to me which they NEVER do. Then I contacted them again and they informed that they cannot assist because they are fully booked. Groupon does not get back to me, they sell vouchers that suppliers can NOT accommodate or honour. All this spa did was sell an empty promise and TAKE people's money and REFUSE to assist them. Be warned about this spa, they just want to take your money.
