Hmmm, filled this in while on hold to Groupon SA - thats now 75 mins and counting with only 3 callers in the queue?! Looking at previous postings apparently I'm not experiencing isolated incidents. 2 years ago support was halfway decent. In the last year its become abysmal and still deteriorating. I mean, queries remain unanswered for days (yes I can itemise them but there's too many to list here) Things are not delivered even 3-6 months after purchase. Logging into my account I have allegedly used groupons that I know I havent. No reply from support - except the $&^%^ "are you happy / unhappy with our smiley face" auto responder email. I might ask wt? am I receiving that email by the computer when a human hasnt bothered to respond yet. Refund requests - don't even get me started - usually it takes 3 emails for a human to even respond. Then... nothing. Email back & if you're lucky by email #5 you might actually get to "we will refund" - and then nothing certainly no refund ever: I think its high time I utilised my rights ito CPA here. Groupon has unfortunately is a classic example of why we need such legislation is SA. Will tell everyone to stop buying anything via Groupon SA.
