Await more than 4 weeks for a refund

This is really the worst serves that I have ever had, I await now more than 4 weeks to get a refund back into my account, After 4 time of calling the refund was not log on their system after I send numerous emails and phone in may times about the refund, Groupon just don't respond to emails, Phone again to talk to a manger and I still await for that phone call, as they were not available.

I am fed up with this bad service and urgently want a refund
