Must say we have all had some experiences which we will never forget or wish we never had to go through.

Fortunately for me Groupon SA falls into both hence the reason for my complaint.

In February i bought a voucher given that i would go on leave and i already arranged with the supplier that i would be able to use it. I have since been on leave and back - still no voucher.

According to the consultants my payment couldn't be found and i then sent the proof of EFT which i made. Last week when i spoke with Kelley Ann who informed me that now that she has the proof the voucher will reflect within 48 hours.

Yesterday when i phone i spoke with Lindo who informed me that she spoke with Kelley on this matter and that Kelley indicated to her that the voucher will be loaded before close of business 13/03/2013.

Today is the 14th and to my surprise - still no voucher!!!
