Worst Service I Have Ever Received

I purchased a product through Groupon last year October 2012 for my girlfriends birthday. The product was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks but 4.5 months later still nothing. Over these 4.5 months I called in at regular intervals only to receive promises never fulfilled. I had several customer service reference numbers closed and marked resolved that were NOT actually resolved. On one occasion I was promised answers the next day at 12 o'clock which never happened. After 3 months of waiting, phoning and writing emails I was told that the courier company delivering my product closed down, but that I could still receive my product! A month later still no follow up from Groupon. After recently trying to follow up myself, I was simply asked to 'confirm' a refund of my money, which I DENIED as I wanted proper resolution after waiting this out for almost 5 months. My denial to confirm this was ignored and my money was paid back the next day. This was followed by a customer service rating request which led me to a rating page titled: "njyhrmiqicjvnpi.". Insulting. Some of the customer reference numbers received over almost 5 months: 557093, 562313, 592573, 649271, 683102, 689380.
