Says my payment was declined, but still charged!

I tried to purchase a deal today, and it said payment declined 3 times, I then got an sms from my bank saying that i had been charged!
It is ridiculous! Check your bank statements when dealing with groupon!
I have spent more than R2500 on groupon in the past 2 months, and now they take my money.
I have not received a voucher, but i was charged!
I want this sorted out ASAP!
Give me a credit for the amount charged today
