I purchased an external hard drive and took delivery in October 2012. The hard drive stopped working at the beginning of Feb 2013. Around the 4th of February, i called into the contact centre to request further information about the supplier (as the hard drive comes with a 12 month warranty plus I also wanted to enquire about the possibility of retrieving all my documents that are currently saved on the HD), the agent Natasha could not verify who the supplier was and and promised to follow up with her team leader and call me back with the info.

About a week later not having had any feedback from Groupon, I then popped an email to their support on the 11th Feb. On the 15th February I received an email response from Groupon asking me to rate their service... rate what service? Its been 3 weeks since i initially contacted the contact centre and Im still waiting for someone in the mothership to take the time out to beam me a response!
