Very frustrated EX client

I ordered an i-Pig in December as a Christmas gift. Come January I still have not received it. I was given NUMEROUS false promises every time I called in to find out where it was, from "we promise it will be there this Friday" to "we are sending you one but it's in a damaged box, but it will be there in the next couple of days" and so on and so forth. After trying to get my gift for a while, I get told there is now no stock and they want to refund me. I have been waiting since the 6th of February to get my money back and once again, every time I call I get told it's being processed and should reflect in the next couple of days. But nothing happens.

I have been EXTREMELY patient with this whole ordeal, and I am slowly losing my patience. I just want my money back so I can go and get my VERY belated Christmas gift as well cut my ties ever using Groupon again.
