Ice Cream Maker/ High Tea

I ordered and paid for an Ice Cream maker and a High Tea in Randburg, on 17 December 2012. Was informed by Customer Services that it shall be delivered within four weeks and the voucher for the High Tea will be delivered to my house as the wrong Refnr. was used. They admitted receiving payment for both transactions. Then they informed me at a later stage delivery shall be by month end January 2013. Every time a new liason person handles your complaint, and I have not had ANY correspondence from them for three weeks. (which was when I asked them to remove me from their mailing list.)
They refuse to answer my comments and one gets the feeling that a spaza shop in Alexandria has better organisation skills.
Up to now, 7 February 2013, NO delivery, NO voucher!!
I used to be a loyal Groupon member, but never again.
Can u help, please?
I do not want to make Ice Cream OR have a High Tea in winter.
