Instead of R299.99 I transferred R299. Due to this, they say it cannot be allocated to the product and will do a refund. They said that the refund has been done and did not send me a proof of payment with my account number on after I asked several times. All they say is that it has been done and no one ever calls back. Nazley and Lindo never got back to me, they are apparently managers. After two weeks of me calling them and emailing them repeatedly, they finally emailed me the account number where they transferred the money to. It's not my account number. I have given them the account number and still, no payment. No communication. No interest. No apology.
