No one answers phone, no one returns messages

My colleague and I have made in excess of 20 calls combined to Groupon. The first two consultants we spoke to in december, never sent the required information and forms to us. Since the beginniny of Jan 2014, no one answers any of the phone numbers, or werare placed on hold for up to 11minutes only to be hung up on.
