Refusal to refund goods

I purchased a Mica Clipless curling wand on 17 December. I wasn't happy with the product and have been trying to return it since the 20 December, was given an email address to send my complaint to. And have received no feedback since. I have asked for their head office contact details repeatedly and still no resppnse. I have a valid invoice which I am going to taketo court. Their sservice is despicable and I would discourage anyone from makin purchases from their mall stall.
