Groupon Voucher - No Delivery

I bought a Groupon Voucher in December for photo prints- it was meant to be a christmas present- firstly it was mis advertised it said 9 x separate prints- it meant to say 9 prints on ONE canvas- then once that was cleared up i placed the order an have not heard anything back in over a month! no delivery and cannot get hold of BubbinsA- I will never purchase another Groupon now either as they should make sure they using reputable companies before issuing vouchers as this reflects badly on Groupon as well..
