(#651667) There's my request number. I can't even begin to express how dissapointed I am with Groupon, this is beyond pathetic. I placed an order for the SpongeBob musical set for my son on 3rd Dec 2012, 2 months later no musical set. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and corresponded via e-mail and I was assured I'll get my order within 2 weeks. Guess what, 2 weeks has passed and nothing. This is appalling. Its like the more customers they get, the less they care. As soon as this matter is addressed I'm off groupon. I'd rather stick with reliable people like Wicount and Daddy deals.
