I called in to the Astral Group this morning regarding a voucher i purchased with them in 2012, i needed further details due to old age i forgot how it works. this young lady assisted me exceptionally well, she was very patient and friendly and had a a very warm welcome to clients. i would like to thank Elaine for her assistance and say that i really appreciate it, looking forward to going on my holiday
