Products are overpriced before to cover the fee

We bought a Croupon voucher 'Value R200' for a 'Mini Valet'. According to their price table this is sold normally for R110. They first overprice via Groupon. During the cleaning process they asked me to open car to clean inside as well while I was standing next to them. That was the 24-12-2013. I gave them all a little xmas present and drove home. At the 27-12-2013, next use of the car, I noticed that the Bluetooth for the IPhone (R399) was not there anymore and drove back to them. The Branch Manager (Leoni) was very upset and promised me to do everything that the management would come back to me to discuss and solve the problem. After a few days I asked her again and she told me that she tried everything but the management has the opinion it is my fault. Any attempt of hers to make them at least get in contact with me didn't work. At the end of the day they do wrong pricing over Croupon and don't care about a customer at all. Until today they didn't even try to get in contact with me - they chose the way to ignore.
Absolute bad behaviour - stay away from them.
They seem to work mostly over Groupon and giving wrong pricing before.
