This is my second complaint to this company its the payment for a voucher I bought on Dec the 3rd 2012. I have been sent from pillar to post and gave about 5 consultants my banking details for the refund. At some stage they have confirmed to have refunded it but it never came through. Last week I spoke to Nazley again via telcon and she promised the same.
