After 4 months of complaining to Groupon about pots delivered in a damaged state, they barely ever answed emails, you sit on hold for forever (I'm currently on hold for 58 minutes) but if you don't call you don't even get a response, when you do finally get a response they don't follow through. As of 13 December after many months of no responses and finally losing it on the phone I was promised to be reimbursed... to date nothing has been reimbursed and hence me sitting on hold - on my cellphone for the last 59 minutes - which is costing me a fortune. While I have been on hold I have emailed them twice - no response. Threatening consumer council or Hello Peter didn't even elicit a response or reaction to service! So now i have had enough. Isn't it also so ironic that even "Hello Peter" has them listed as a "Company who doesn't respond"
