Poor workmanship

In December i purchased a swing set through Groupon for my daughters for Christmas, imagine their disappointment when we were unable to erect the swing set as the top bars are uneven and would therefore create an unsafe level for my girls to play on, how this product passed safety checks is beyond me. I have complained and Groupon did answer but advises me I must contact their supplier firstly and now their supplier says I must arrange for the goods to be returned. Who will pay for the goods to be returned? Who will take the responsibility of a unsuitable product? In any event, it seems that everything that i have purchased through groupon is either a gimmick or very poor quality including a very thin shoddy Christmas tree, a insta-hang system that is supposed to go through walls but wouldn't even go through wood. In general, I would just like to unsubscribe from groupon, have THEM arrange for the return and for an immediate refund to my card.
