Hi

I bought an item of furniture from my groupon mobile app, i received order confirmation on the 18/12/2013.
The advert stated that delivery will occur within 1 week. I was hoping to receive the product before christmas but understood that this could not guaranteed.
on the 23/12 i sebnt an email to enquire about the delivery, i was then told that i had to wait untill the deal had closed before the goods were dispached, this was apparently in the "fine print", they stated that the deal is closing on 28/12/2013.
When i went to check the actual deal, it now stated that the deliver would take 3 weeks for delivery from the date that the deal ends!!
I then sent throgh my original order confirmation pointing out the 1 week delivery advertisement. I was then sent the same generic email stating that deliviery woul occur within 3 weeks.
I the replied pleading my case, also asking for some sort of tracking info, no has yet replied to me!!
I then sent another email, still no reply!!
I feel that the least a company could do it kee a customer informed as to what is taking place... especially if the customer has requested information from the company! I spent over 4k! some answers PLS
