Bad service!!

Order for Chocolate Fountain was placed on 20.11.2013, expecting delivery within two weeks, as stated on order summary. When I started to enquire I was faced with LONG waiting periods before calls are answered (45 minutes one time) repetition of description of problems to different agents, lots of promises, no conversations logged and even more waiting. No response on e-mail queries and it is always either product supply or logistics that has to answer!! Groupon keeps no trail and even no response from their Supervisors - to which the query was supposedly escalated three times already! The best is, no one can answer and the product is on sale again!! I am waiting for Groupon to take ownership - not the suppliers. I have never experienced such bad client service.
