Useless pots that worth a fortune

In August 2012 I bought pots and pans from Ok Furnitures in Baramall worth R1500.00 for my mom, I must say what a waiste of money, the pots are so useless in the sense that they burn food and they look so old like someone use them before, I also suspect I was given pots that were sitting in the warehouse for a very long time, so if I do not get new pots or my money back before the end of this month I am seeking legal advice because I cant pay a fortune for the pots that work the same as the cheap pots
