Order from 15 December 2012 is still missing

I ordered one of their deals on the 15th of December 2012 and after several emails and trying to get my products i still dont know where it is or what is going on.

I have looger 3 calls now on their system two was simply deleted and the 3rd not answered.

so i will now log a call a day till i get an answer
