3 months outstanding payment and bad attitude

Dealclick is a group buying website that cons companies into running deals with them. They ask for 50% commission and then dont tell you about added admin fees, vat etc which also comes off. They dont approve your adds and deals before sending them live. They dont pay you a cent until you phone to find out what is happening and then you get told you need to invoice them. When you invoice them, they dont respond. It takes about 8 tries before you get the wrong amounts paid, in bits and pieces that dont match your invoice anyway.?? Now, 3 months later we are still trying to get a response and our money. My other half is much calmer than I am and simply said that if it is not paid by the end of the month we would hand them over. Phone calls should be recorded. Angela went on a tangent about threats, to which he replied and said he is not threatening, he is telling her what will happen and she slammed the phone down in his ear. Tomer, I suggest you call us to sort this out please.
