NON refunding!!!

I made a purchase on line on 19/11/2013 for goods on line. The money was taken INSTANTLY from my account!! After a week I called to see where my goods were to be told they knew nothing. I went on line to see a comment on my profile "DEAL NOT PERMITTED, BECAUSE PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED" But the money had still not been reversed into my account! I have since sent an email every day / 2 days to ask where my money is. To be told that I must send my proof of payment, which I have done on various occasions!! I was then acknowledged that the money had been paid over and they would look into the query. Every day there is another excuse .. they are looking into it and nothing has been resolved yet etc etc etc. How difficult is it to just REFUND me my money??? This n my eyes is and I am furious. Please can You try and assist me with getting this refund done immediately!!!
