SHORT PAYMENTS FOR WORK DONE

I have done Supervision work for this company under Project Coordinator - Dorcas Tlatsi and have been having a problem with short payments from the month of September 2013. The feedback required in order to get payed has been submitted on a weekly basis in full and have since been having issues with payments, the frustrating part is that although this is recurring concern they make you wait for atleast another month before getting paid. I was short payed for Sept and told it was due to late capturing of feedback reports on the system and that my payments will be paid in full together with October's on the 21st November 2013. However, I only got half of what was due to me on this date, contrary to what I was told and the person in charge has not looked into the matter and told me to she will check it, or I must call back on Tuesday. This is rather frustrating as one uses own car and petrol to do the work then when you have to get paid, there are excuses and no sense of urgency or clear explanations. This matter will be taken further, should the discrepancy not be resolved promptly.
