No response for refund

We signed up with wowzit as a merchant in September after being convinced that they are not like any of the other coupon/voucher suppliers. Although we were a bit hesitant, they had promised that if it doesn't work for us in the first month, we may cancel within a 30 day notice period. As anticipated, it didn't work out and we called faz to cancel our subscription. this was promised yet again, however, much to our surprise a debit from wowzit went off our account after the cancellation! As no provision was made for this debit, it completely caught us off guard, so we have on numerous occasions contact them for a refund! they have once again promised that their accounts department will be contacting us but weeks later and we are still waiting! I'm a bit annoyed because they were so quick to pitch us yet now there is no communication from their side! very unprofessional!
