Unacceptable service given to valued client

I ordered a Double Heart Pendant with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS on Groupon online orders. I paid on 7th October 2013 and delivery should have occurred within 2 weeks from order. Today is the 18th November 2013 and I have not yet received my order. I have called numerous times and sent numerous mails and response was " We are awaiting feedback from products division". This is unacceptable as I requested that if order cannot be fulfilled that I receive a refund back. I am still waiting for feedback on my calls logged.

This is disappointing as I am a valued client and enjoy shopping on Groupon.
