Bad Service

I bought a Groupon voucher and tried to contact Rescue Carpets to make a appointment, after the 3rd email I finally got a response and the response was they are fully booked and I should ask Groupon for a refund. After some deliberation she agreed to an appointment at 5pm the following Thursday evening which I thought was strange, but agreed.

Then when the guys arrived I was told that the voucher was only for a steam clean which was not what we were told upon purchasing the vouchers. The guy then preceded to tell me that it would not make any difference to clean the carpets without shampoo ect..he then quoted me R750.00 to clean the carpets the following week. He said he would call to confirm. I had not heard anything the day before and decided to cancel as the service thus far has been terrible.

The Grman lady then called me and said "Excellent, no problem I will cancel your appointment" not even I apologise or anything in that vain. WOW! That's all I have to say I would never recommend these guys to anyone.
