Prima Bladeless Fan

A bladeless fan, advertised as having a heat function as well, was ordered from Groupon. When the fan was delivered, it was found not to have a heat function. Groupon initially acknowledged the error, and requested my address and a date and time to collect the fan, which I supplied. Groupon have subsequently ignored my requests for the progress on the collection of the fan, and reimbursement.
