I purchased a Groupon cruise together with a friend but both of us were in different offices. My deal went through and I received a reference number for an eft payment, but unfortunately my friend was too late and missed the deal. Because we wanted to go on the same cruise, I asked if I could use my payment for a different cruise (at the time there were several cruises to choose from). I was told by Tauriq that they can't do that but they will refund me. He said my money R5259 will be refunded on the Friday - that was on Wednesday 23rd October. Since then I've been dealing with several different people, all saying that the refund has been authorized and I should be receiving it shortly. It has now been 16 days and I'm still waiting for the refund.
