Incorrect Vouche

On 10/10/2013 I booked a guided tour at the Ann van Dyk Cheetah Centre. I chose option 3: Pay R730 for 3 hour-tour with cheetah run for six people. However, after I paid the R730 and the voucher was issued it now shows it is for four people. I requested a new voucher on 16 October. Again on 18/10, 22/10, 24/10 and 5 November. I have contacted them 5 times via e-mail and phoned once. My e-mails were not responded to and when I phoned I was told that I am wrong and that the deal is for 4 people. I have a print out with the deal and it stipulates it is for 6 people. I forwarded this to Groupon. Still now response. [The deal for 4 people was option 2 @ R583.] I want the correct voucher issued, please.
