I ordered a watch on the 16th of October and received conhfirmation of the sale. I have waited for a period of three weeks and received no notification for me to collect the watch, on Tuesday this week i decided to contact your call centre and i spoke to Azeer who told me that there was a delay with that batch of watches and they had only arrived on that particular and what was even more frustrating is that he did not know what colour watch i had ordered and that info should be on your system. He then promised to send me an email confirmation that the order will be dispatched and i am still waiting for the email. Yesterday i called again and held on for more than 10 minutes and when you agent agent answered he just cut the call. Honestly if you guys want to be in this business you need to provide the service because what you have done is illegal by taking my money and not providing the service. Can someone sort this out before i sort it out myself.
