So I see I am not the only angry client who ordered a watch from Cityslicker... I ordered my watch on the 21st of April 2013. After having to send emails to these people only then did they reply to say they had a problem with the watches supplied to them and that they had to get new watches sent to them. They promised the first time to keep clients up to date every three days. When that didn't happen I sent them an email which they promptly ignored. Then another email went out promising to keep clients up to date every 2 days. Surprise surprise they didn't fulfill this promise. When I sent an email of complaint I was IGNORED. Then 2 weeks later I was told lightning had struck there building so they couldn't email clients, yet I had received an email from them in those two weeks when supposedly they couldn't email clients. I complained again and was IGNORED once more. Finally my watch was sent to the post office on 10 June and I picked it up on the 12th. I have sent another email of COMPLAINT but I probably will be IGNORED once again. Their service is SHOCKING and I will never order anything from them again and will tell others to do the same. I am DISGUSTED with them.
