I purchased a holiday to Mozambique for R8399 on 3October 2013, and till this day have not received my voucher. I have sent numerous emails in the month that followed asking for a refund. I received one reply to my queries asking for my banking details and proof of payment, which I sent to them on the same day, 25October 2013. Subsequently I have had no communication from them despite having sent numerous emails to enquire about when I could expect my money to be paid into my account.
