False advertisement

The following was advertised on the organisers s website that groupon refereed us to:
1st 100 people to arrive get free VIP tickets and access - we were there very early and no VIP tickets were offered to us even though it wasn't yet 100 ppl inside
Camp Chairs & Cooler boxes with your refreshments allowed! - the security at the gate demanded R50 per cooler of which it wasn't mentioned on groupon also organizer s website.
Inflatable Pools & Giant Water Slides & Foam Pit - we had our Bikinis on and ready but to my surprise no pools or slides were present at the venue.
Mechanical Bull - I also didn't see this.
PlayStation, XBOX & LCD Screens - event started at 11h00, but at 13h00 still no playstations, Xbox were setup.
this event was poorly planned and I demand a refund, infact its false advertisement because half of the stuff that attracted me and my Friends to buy tickets were not present. we would have not bought the tickets if we knew that there wouldn't be activities
