Tickets sold out

Our municipality will be doing a tribute concert to Chris Hani this Sunday, tickets are free. tickets were released today according to news reports. tickets are already sold out, altough the event is free you will not gained access without a ticket. some of us only heard about this event this morning, how can tickets be finished? some of us were really looking at going to this concert but we cant go to a 'free' event without a ticket! i think this is unacceptable and the rules need to change or an acception needs to be made. when you call the Customer Care centres where tickets need to be collected, no one answers the phone as usual its a government owned entity!
