Hi,

I purchased the slushie maker in march month and we received the product. We tested it twice and i wasn't happy with the results. I then contacted city slicker and they asked Gugu of calasca to liaise with me. I explained to Gugu what happened and informed her that i would like to return the product. Gugu told me i can send it through the post office which i did and i emailed the tracking number to Gugu. The parcel is at the post office in Sunninghill since the 26th March waiting for collection. Yesterday i emailed Gugu and Glen to inform them the product is at the post office and till today they never responded.

Can you please liaise with Gugu as i would like my refund on the product please.
