DISGUISTING SERVICE

On 27th August i purchased a voucher for eye lash extensions valued at R140.00. i have not had any feedback regarding my voucher until i had to follow up and only to find after the deal has closed i was informed after my 4th call and numerous e-mails sent that i incorrectly switched one letter and there fore the deal was cancelled despite payment made. i was then told by Kelly Paulus that normal procedure is when references are incorrect or the deal closes before payment has been recieved the client is informed in due time, however i was not informed at all. i still havent received a refund or any positive feedback and the deal is running again and i want the deal purchased but these consultants just never respond to my e-mails it is almost a month ago and have not had any positvie feedback, This is uterly disguisting service.
