False advertising for MSC Opera Cruises

My sister and I tried to purchase 3 inside cabins today for the MSC Opera Cruise advertised on groupon. We noticed this cruise advertised on groupon 2 days ago. We kept checking that they deal was still available. We noticed that the trip from Cape Town was advertised as sold out today, we still believed that the departures from durban was still available as Cape Town departures were the ONLY trips advertised as SOLD OUT.

We made all the necessary arrangements. Booked leave at such short notice. Arranged for passports. Then we go on the groupon site and click buy and the deal is SOLD out!!! Even though the deal still shows available on the home page.

We contact groupon and speak to Lindo, she transfers the query to manager Angelique who advised that the deal is still available on the travel page. While trying to access the travel page the call cut. We tried calling Angelique back immediately, NO ANSWER! We try again and was advised by Lindel that Anqelique will return our call shortly. HOURS PASSED and still no contact!!!
