I had the opportunity to delay my home improvement due to my tv wall bracket not being delivered on time. I have been waiting for over a month now.

Customer care have the same story every time " We will come back to you via email", when you reply on the email they just ignore you. when you try and contact that person again they cant put you through to them.

horrible service, keep up the good work groupon. my ticket numberS are #27467/25249/27467 pathetic ticket system your call center personal is having a field day with your money.
