Fake Guess Watch - Sharmz Fashion/Perfume Delight

Good day

I bought a Ladies Guess watch via Wicount from a company call Sharmz Fashion/ Perfume Delight.
The order was late and then we had to choose different watches and when the order was delivered it was completely different. It most definitely is fake there's no Guess stamp on the back cover. I've been in contact via e-mail and once on the phone with many promises to sort stuff out. its almost the end of August and this has been going on since May.
