WICOUNT SELLING FAKES

I'm resorting to this platform, due to the fact that Wicount has just plain ignored my numerous emails. I have 2 queries which I need a response on:
1- We purchased ladies Guess watch (8317902-1) as a gift for my mom. My mom took the watch into her jeweller to get the strap adjusted only to be told that the watch was not an original Guess watch and a cheap knock off. When we called the call centre we were told that the watch was an A grade and not original and that the ad did not state that it was an original. My sister subsequently requested an email confirmation advising as such... still waiting. I then went spoke to someone who works for Guess who confirmed that there is no such thing as an A grade- you either get an original or a fake. A grade is just a posh way of saying KNOCK OFF/FAKE. Your advertising was misleading (yes it didnt say original but it implied original and the image used was an original GUESS branding).
2- I subsequently purchased 4 fresh water tri pearl sets as gifts (836667). 1st up where is my order & more importantly based on above are these then actual fresh water pearls??
I WANT MY MONEY BACK- Please collect your FAKE A GRADE KNOCK OFFs
