Why do you Lie?

I purchased a watch last week and was promised delivery of 3 days max from time of order. I am still waiting fro goods to be despatched. I called and the consultants have been promising me deilvery from Monday, 12 August 2013. The goods have not yet been despatched.

Before I placed the order I called and the consultant promised me deilvery of 2-3 days max. Therefore I placed the order.

Is this the way, you do business... by lying to customers and promising them false delivery???

When I called and spoke to the manager, How can he mention that his service is better than Groupon???

There are plenty of other online sites to buy goods which are way cheaper than you with mor efficient delivery.
