Unauthorized Debit Orde

A debit order from Golden Rewards went off my account for the amount of R299, when I called the company they told me that they needed my bank account number to check what account this was yet, when the money was debited they knew my account number, they thereafter called me and told me that the account was under my mothers name and that she gave them my account number. I know for a fact that my mother does not know any of my banking details. But they insisted, they told me they would cancel her name off the system, but the cannot return my money as my mother "agreed". I requested a something in writing that would state that I will not be debited again and I am still waiting for it.
