4 calls & 6 weeks later & still no goods delivered

This probable goes down as the worst experience with Wicount I have ever experienced. After buying the deal for Pearl & Swarovski set I started to wait for my goods. Followed up after 4 weeks with an excuse that the goods are not here yet, but should be here by the following week. Followed up again (2 calls) with the call centre with empty promises of "We will check with the sales manager" and "I will call you back immediately" with an answer. Needless to say nothing yet. This is really bad service & I expect an refund back to my credit card as you have been sitting with my money in your account for 6 weeks now. Your urgent attention to this matter is required. I'm tired of calling your call centre with no feedback nor action.
