No refund, no response for 2 x months!

I purchased and paid for goods in November, but, unfortunately when it was delivered it was not what I expected. The items advertised was a black pearl necklace, earring and bracelet set and even though it was what was delivered, the ad did not mention that it was the size that will only fit a child and the one earring was damaged. Therefor I could not accept it as even a very slim adult will have a problem trying to fit the bracelet around their wrist. The goods was collected on the 27th of November. I did all the paperwork as requested and still no refund. I have phoned several times, and please note it is a call centre so once the the call is picked up by the computer I wait on average about 15 minutes before I speak to a consultant. I have been promised by every consultant I have spoken to that the refund will be resolved but it is all empty promises. I do not know how to take the matter further as even the so called people in charge at the call centre have not responded to my e-mails and calls. Yet again it is proven, once you have paid for items, heaven forbid you are not happy and want your money back! In my experience that does not happen. Groupon has lost my support.
