Non aknowledgement of payment

Hi on the 14 June i purchased mandala earrings on groupon and paid R349 via EFT on the same day with the ref:
oGRPZARGH70TC. A week later when i hadnt received a voucher for my purchase i called groupon but after 15 minutes i hung up and decided to send them an email. i got a auto reply for nothing else. on the 25th June days i then received an email requesting my proof of payment which i sent through with the reference but have heard nothing since. i have sent them several mails but no one has bothered to get in touch with me still. all i want now is m, y money back.
